Caldwell ISD is proud to announce the hiring of Beatriz English as the new Principal of Caldwell Junior High School. With over two decades of experience in education, Mrs. English brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and a student-centered philosophy to the Hornet Family.
Throughout her 20+ year career, Mrs. English has served in a variety of rolesโincluding classroom teacher, instructional leader, and administrator. Her teaching background includes 2nd grade, Earth Science, and Spanish, and her administrative experience spans grades 5โ12. She has worked in both small and large districts, including Amarillo and Conroe, Texas, serving in settings ranging from a single-campus K-12 district with 500 students to a large campus of over 2,800 students.
โIโve been fortunate to work with so many incredible students, families, and educators over the years,โ Mrs. English shared. โThe relationships Iโve built along the way are truly invaluable, and Iโm so excited to begin building new ones here in Caldwell.โ
Mrs. English and her husband are relocating to Caldwell and look forward to becoming actively involved in the community. โWe love supporting students in their extracurricular activities and seeing the joy and pride on the faces of their families,โ she said. โThat kind of spirit and connection is what makes a school district feel like home.โ
As Principal of Caldwell Junior High, Mrs. English is committed to fostering a positive school culture, supporting teacher growth, and ensuring that all students are equipped to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.
