🇺🇸 Caldwell ISD was proud to honor our veterans today during programs at Caldwell High School and the Civic Center.
Students from across the district — including the CHS Band, Honeybee Dance Team, CIS Hornet Harmony Choir, and first grade music classes — shared heartfelt performances to show appreciation for those who have served.

🐐🥛Our first grade GT students had an engaging, hands-on lesson about goats with Mrs. Best today! They loved learning all about milking goats and making popsicles from a farm in Needville, Texas. Students learned about different types of goats and the milking process. The highlight of the day was learning how the farm makes popsicles and getting to taste goat milk! 2 out of the 4 approved the goat’s milk! 🥛

🗳️ 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲!
Our first graders practiced the voting process today — from standing in line to casting their ballots. Rumor has it… their teacher won the election! 😉

She is a true ray of sunshine — always cheerful, kind, and ready to lend a helping hand. Addy listens attentively, strives to do her best in everything she does, and is a wonderful friend to everyone around her. Her positive attitude and dedication make her a joy to have in class, and I am so proud to be her teacher."
