Our Employee of the Month is Mrs. Tabbatha Pipes. What makes this recognition extra special is that she was nominated by both a fellow teacher and her principal.
Her colleague described her as an amazing biology teacher, approachable and supportive, with a contagious smile and a positive attitude that makes CHS a better place.
Her principal shared that, even in just her second year here, she has already become a true teacher leader. She creates a welcoming, engaging classroom and has stepped up to lead Student Council, empowering students and encouraging their voices to be heard.
Mrs. Pipes’ positivity, leadership, and commitment to students make her a very deserving Employee of the Month.

She was nominated by her teacher, who says Elena "has shown me what strength of character and strong, quiet leadership look like. She is the sweetest girl who never gives up, especially when it’s difficult. I have never seen someone work as hard as she does to be the best student musician in our class - and we've only been playing our instruments for 2 weeks now! Besides being a great student, Elena also demonstrates strong leadership qualities - not by being the loudest or most vocal student, but rather through her actions. She comes prepared to class, listens when she doesn’t understand, and helps others when possible. Elena is a prime example that great leaders are those who help and encourage others around them to also be the best versions of themselves they can be. "

FACT: Rather than enrollment, Texas school districts receive funding based on daily attendance.
In Caldwell ISD, even a 1% increase in attendance would bring in about $𝟭𝟭𝟵,𝟬𝟬𝟬—enough to fund roughly 𝙩𝙬𝙤 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨.

🐄🎡 Caldwell Elementary students had a fun day at the 𝐁𝐮𝐫𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐫! Our high school and Junior High FFA students served as 𝘵𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘨𝘶𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘴—showing animals, sharing ag knowledge, and answering lots of curious questions. 🐖🐑

🏃‍♀️ Our JH Cross Country team competed in the 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗻 this past Saturday and had an outstanding showing!

✨ Ava Ruiz brought home her 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻
✨ Linnet Dimas placed 𝟭𝟱𝘁𝗵 in the 7th Grade Girls division
✨ Ajriana Sims placed 𝟴𝘁𝗵 in the 8th Grade Girls division

All of our runners ran personal best times and competed strong! We’re excited to see them at the 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟳𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻 𝗟𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲. 💪
